When we arrived, check-in was quick, and the staff at the climbing area were very helpful explaining the routes. The climbing walls themselves were well-maintained and offered a good challenge. We also used the lockers, which were secure. The cafe had decent coffee afterward. My only small point would be that parking at Fountain Park can be a bit tricky to navigate if you haven't been before, but that's not really Gravity's fault. It was a solid experience overall.
